Day One

Friday, March 22nd was the first day of my experiment to cut Facebook out of my life. I went through the day doing everything I normally did, but I could notice a difference in a couple places. One place that I noticed it was in Physics class. During lecture I pulled out my phone to go on Facebook, but instead I realized that I had to listen instead. This was probably a better choice anyway since I do have an exam on Monday. Other than that my day seemed normal. I did not find myself trying to fill the time I used on Facebook with something else, but putting more effort into what I was doing. Hopefully this will be the effect for everything else in the week.

  1. Okay because I just made a comment on your post just before this I feel very silly. Because in the other post I just said how I thought you would manage to find other ways to distract yourself and waste your time in class other then facebook. Almost like a replacement for your facebook addiction, but you said that you actually focused more on what you were doing. I would not have expected this to be honest, but i'm curious to see if the results stay the same as the week goes on.
